MRT Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a beautiful 516-unit apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. This role is essential in keeping our community clean, welcoming, and move-in ready for our residents.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents (move-in ready cleaning).
- Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse, community center, leasing office, fitness center, and restrooms.
- Clean hallways, breezeways, stairwells, and other common areas throughout the community.
- Help keep the property looking its best by assisting with trash removal, litter pickup, and general upkeep as needed.
- Ensure amenities and community spaces remain clean and welcoming for residents and guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests.
- Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the community—first impressions matter!
What We’re Looking For
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, hotel, or apartment cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience in apartment communities or large properties is a plus.
