Mrs. Smokeys Real Pit Bar-B-Q is hiring a dependable full-time fry cook/line cook for our day shift in Jupiter.

This position falls between a traditional fry-cook and line-cook role. Your primary responsibility will be operating the fry station, but you’ll also prepare and plate other menu items, keep orders moving during busy periods, and help wherever needed in the kitchen.
Pay and Schedule:
- Pay is based on experience and ability
- All positions receive tips, which average an additional $5 per hour
- Full-time day shifts
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Operate the fryer safely and efficiently
- Prepare wings, fried ribs, tater tots, and other menu items
- Read tickets and complete orders quickly and accurately
- Follow recipes, portions, and presentation standards
- Help with food preparation and other kitchen stations as needed
- Keep your station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with opening, cleaning, and restocking duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Fry-cook or line-cook experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to learn and assist at additional kitchen stations
