Mrs. Powell's Bakery has been putting smiles on the faces of local families for nearly 40 years. Our world famous cinnamon rolls are a must-have treat for locals and travelers alike.
We are looking for an energetic and welcoming personality to join our team at Mrs. Powell's Bakery in our Rexburg location! This position would be for a part-time role, filling our opening shift (begins at 6:30 AM Tuesday-Saturday, but scheduled days will vary based on availability). Specific scheduled dates and times can be discussed.
Job Description (but not limited to):
Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with pure joy through our world famous cinnamon rolls!
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their bakery needs
- Keeping the store clean
- Closing duties as outlined
- Adhering to all safety and cleanliness guidelines
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing
- Experience working in a retail setting is preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
