Qualifications
- Strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrated commitment to Patient Care and Quality Patient Care, including clear communication, empathy, and attention to patient safety and comfort.
- Knowledge of Orthopedics and musculoskeletal conditions, and the ability to assist with orthopedic-focused therapy interventions.
- Current certification or licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience in an outpatient or similar clinical setting preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and manage time effectively with multiple patients.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation and scheduling.
- Physical ability to safely assist patients with transfers, exercises, and use of equipment.
