The Mashed Potato Line Operator is responsible for the operations of mixing and packaging of sides products.  During which times sides lines are not in operation, this person will perform various other duties as needed. Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently.

What You’ll Do

As our 3^rd Shift Sides Operator, you’ll:

• Know and follow HACCP and SQF programs.
• Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Wear all required personal protective equipment. For more information see policy.
• Learn all aspects of processing including set up and operations of all equipment and processes.
• Learn all aspects of the clean room including set-up, operation, CIP’S, tear down and procedures.
• Learn to operate and monitor spiral chiller.
• Learn all aspects of packaging including equipment operation and procedures.

 What You Bring to the Table

• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English is necessary to meet the communication and documentation requirements associated with this role.

Bonus Points for:

• Previous food manufacturing experience.
• Forklift and/or pallet jack license. (Will train)
