Part-Time Cake Decorator & Counter Attendant
Love cookies, cakes, and making people’s day? We’re a busy neighborhood cookie shop looking for a friendly, dependable part-timer to join our team. You’ll spend your shift baking, decorating, and helping customers pick out the perfect treat for birthdays, graduations, and everything in between.
What you’ll do
- Bake cookies and cakes fresh in-store
- Decorate cookies and cakes (we’ll train you on our styles)
- Greet and serve customers, and take custom orders
- Operate the register and handle cash accurately
- Keep the store, display cases, and work areas clean and stocked
What we’re looking for
- Must be 18 or older
- Friendly, upbeat attitude and genuine customer service skills
- Reliability! you show up on time, every shift
- Cake decorating experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Steady hands and an eye for detail
- Able to stand for the length of a shift and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be available weekends and holidays (our busiest and most fun times)
Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday availability mandatory
- Consistent schedule
