JOB TITLE: Admin Support Associate
REPORTS TO: Human Resources
JOB SUMMARY: Admin Support Associate plays a key role in maintaining the
day-to-day operations of the facility. This position is responsible for the items listed below and
any additional business needs.
JOB RELATIONSHIP: Requires team relationships with other departments. A cooperative
relationship with other employees, clients, consumers, and the public is required.
EDUCATION: High school or equivalent.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
● Monitor building security by using a security wand on associates prior to entering the
secure call center floor. Make sure that employees place all belongings in their locker or
breakroom.
● Monitoring the surveillance cameras to make sure all areas are safe for the employees
and completing the camera logs.
● Answering the Intercom system and front door.
● Signing in and out all visitors/vendors, escorting the individuals through the call center,
issuing visitor bags.
● Signing in and out a temporary badge and nightly collection of temporary badges.
● Creating new badges for new hires.
● Completing weekly badge reconciliations.
● Receipt and delivery of all packages.
● Notify managers concerning any security protocols not being followed.
● Supporting routine operational tasks such as bill reprints and general administrative
requests.
● Creating and maintaining Livevox Profiles for Contact Support.
● Complete other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE
● One Full Time position
● Monday through Friday business hours of operation (6:45am 3:45 pm)
QUALIFICATIONS
● High School education or equivalent.
● Basic computer skills.
● Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
● Must be able to maintain flexibility in a changing environment.

● Provide the highest level of security throughout the building.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to gain the confidence, respect and trust of
all operations and service personnel.
● Effective handling of tasks within a multi-tasked environment.
