MRP Training Solutions has an opening for a Personnel Specialist (PS) “A” School Instructor at Naval Technical Training Command (NTTC), Meridian, Mississippi.
In this position, the instructor will train an entry level class of students in Navy Personnel Administration. Areas of instruction includes but not limited to: PS Class A-Rating Introduction, References, Customer Service, Software Systems, Educational Services Master Military Pay Account (MMPA), Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS), Transaction Online Processing System (TOPS), Pay, Allowances, and Travel.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A teaching certificate provided by an accredited institution (i.e. state or college) or a certification of completion of a military instructor course either enlisted or officer.
- Proof of three (3) years current (within the last 6 years) in the subject matter area relevant to the course(s) those personnel are to be trained. The technical experience must have been obtained by working in the subject matter vice simply teaching the subject matter.
- Proficiency in the English language, both orally and written.
- Graduate of Navy Instructor training, MTS preferred.

- Clearance Level Required: Eligible for Secret
