Who We Are:
Mroczek Transportation, Inc., a locally owned FedEx contractor, has proudly served the north metro for 14 years. With new routes recently acquired in the south metro, we are expanding our operations and looking to build a reliable team to serve communities including Prior Lake, Credit River, New Prague, Jordan, and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our growing team as full/part-time Non-CDL Delivery Drivers.
Job Summary:
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting packages to residential and commercial locations along your assigned route, while ensuring the safety of yourself, your vehicle, and the packages at all times. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining efficient operations while providing excellent customer service. Scheduling is flexible, and we will work with you to find a schedule that best fits your needs and the company’s needs, with weekends required as needed. While shifts are structured as 8-hour days, most routes are typically completed in 5 to 6.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle
- Load and unload packages and materials
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Obtain signatures for delivered items
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
- Report any incidents, delays, or delivery issues to supervisors
- Weekends as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to use a dolly and move 75 to 150lbs throughout the day
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must pass a background check (no felony convictions)
- Must pass a drug test (including marijuana)
