The Role:
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, helping to lead and support a team that values service, efficiency, and collaboration. You’ll focus on developing talent, driving results, and maintaining high standards in service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support hiring, training, and development of front-of-house and/or back-of-house team members

• Lead shifts and ensure smooth daily operations with a guest-first mindset

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

• Assist with labor management, scheduling, and inventory control

• Address guest concerns and help create a welcoming environment for all

• Uphold all compliance requirements, including food safety and alcohol service standards
