Leasing Manager

Job Purpose:
- The Leasing Manager at MRM RESIDENTIAL MCC GROUP is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of residential properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and tenant satisfaction. This role involves managing leasing staff, developing and implementing leasing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and property owners to support the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Manage and lead a team of leasing consultants, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
- Coordinate with property management to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
- Oversee the leasing process from start to finish, including tenant screening, lease negotiation, and contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential tenants.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to leasing and property management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve leasing processes and enhance tenant satisfaction.

Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or leasing, preferably within a residential setting.
- Proven track record of meeting leasing targets and managing leasing teams effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of local real estate market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, team members, and stakeholders.
