Residential Painter

MRM Construction Services is seeking a highly skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Professional Painterer to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will be a true craftsman who takes pride in the final touches. You will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing interior and exterior surfaces to achieve a professional finish. You will ensure that all interior walls and ceilings are clean and complete to the highest standard, while adhering to safety and quality protocols.

Our projects include: new home construction; additions; kitchen, bathroom, basement remodeling; decks; detached buildings & custom projects within Albany, Saratoga, Rensselaer & Schenectady Counties.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Professional Painter (high-end custom home experience preferred).
- Knowledge of various application techniques and finishes as well as their appropriate uses.
- A sharp eye for "cut-ins," uniform coverage, and clean lines.
- Strong communication skills and a respectful demeanor while working in clients' homes.
- Meticulous approach to achieving flawless smooth surfaces.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, bend and kneel for extended periods along with the ability to lift materials weighing up to 75lbs.
