Operations team

This position plays a vital role in maintaining commitment to compliance and operational excellence. You will provide knowledge and support to a branch network, offering expert guidance on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements — serving as the central resource for internal and external clients.
Essential functions
- Treasury Management and onboarding experience required
- FIS, Q2 experience or similar banking system experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of operations, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of applicable operating and computer systems
- Basic understanding of banking laws and regulations
- Ability to perform new account opening process, including establishing customer relationships on core banking systems
- Ability to collect supporting signatures and required documentation when establishing new account relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate professionally in writing with internal and external clients
Professional / educational experience
- 6 months – 1 year of related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or GED and/or one-year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Hourly pay range
$23.74 – $33.72
Actual pay depends on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. All positions are eligible for incentive compensation which varies by role.
