Responsibilities
- Manage and retain an assigned commercial and agricultural loan portfolio
- Develop trusted relationships with borrowers
- Perform commercial underwriting and credit analysis
- Structure and recommend lending solutions
- Complete annual reviews and renewals
- Monitor covenant compliance and portfolio performance
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships
- Support business development and referral generation
- Participate in customer meetings and industry events
- Collaborate with relationship managers and credit partners
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 years of commercial or agricultural banking experience
- Direct Farmer Mac lending experience required
- Strong commercial credit and underwriting background
- Financial statement analysis expertise
- Experience managing customer relationships
- Comfortable balancing analytical work with client-facing responsibilities
- California agricultural lending experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience financing:
