Reid & Associates is conducting a confidential search for a senior healthcare leader to oversee physician contracting financial compliance and performance management within a large, multi-campus public health system.
This role partners closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, and Decision Support to ensure physician contracts are financially sound, compliant, and strategically structured.
Key Focus Areas:
• Oversight of financial terms within physician agreements
• AR monitoring, KPI dashboard development, and performance review with physician groups
• Fair Market Value (FMV) process coordination and data analysis
• Pro forma budget development and variance monitoring
• Contract renewals and collaboration with legal counsel
• Leadership and mentorship of compliance staff
Ideal Background:
• 5+ years in physician compensation, healthcare finance, or contract management
• Experience with FMV analysis and physician subsidy modeling
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills
• Knowledge of Stark and related regulatory considerations
Compensation commensurate with experience (target range $150K–$220K+).
