In this role, you’ll lead complex capital projects across two busy manufacturing sites (Cincinnati and Baltimore), helping drive reinvestment, operational excellence, and long-term capability building.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee large-scale capital equipment installations at two key facilities
- Partner closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead planning, execution, and validation of new manufacturing lines
- Drive standardization, training, and best practices across sites
- Support strategic growth initiatives as the company scales operations
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong background in food manufacturing
- Proven experience managing capital projects and equipment installs
- Ability to lead in fast-growing, evolving environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
