Basic Function
Provides technical support to the Pharmaceutical Analysis department within the Integrated Pharmaceutical Solutions unit. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the department's operations. The candidate will work onsite at our Kansas City HQ with the Manager to support the organization, cleanliness and maintenance of the department, and the department’s general operations.
Nature and Scope
This position reports to the Manager and may receive directions from other staff within the department. This position is expected to work on tasks both independently and as a team member with other technical and administrative staff at all levels. The position works under general supervision and is able to identify and evaluate alternatives and take appropriate courses of action.
Essential Functions
- Interacts with colleagues and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provides technical and general support to the department.
- Ability to effectively communicate expectations and interact with technical staff at all levels in a team-based environment.
- Well organized and methodical, yet flexible in adjusting priorities, and able to take risks to accomplish goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- Current high school or college student
- Coursework in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field.
- Knowledge and/or experience in a laboratory environment, basic laboratory and analytical skills, and a solid scientific educational background with laboratory coursework.
- Ability to work onsite at our Kansas City HQ
Pay Range $19 - $21 hourly
The salary range is intended as a general guideline and is not a guaranteed offer, as compensation depends on various factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
