The Business Analyst, Card Operations supports card production and supplier operations by serving as the central coordination point between card vendors, account managers, project managers, implementation teams, and operational stakeholders. This role assists with inventory management, card design and collateral changes, vendor communications, project coordination, business analysis, and operational reporting to ensure the successful delivery of card-related products and services.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities between card suppliers, account managers, project managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support inventory management activities, including forecasting, replenishment planning, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Coordinate card design, artwork, and collateral change requests from initiation through implementation.
- Track vendor deliverables, project milestones, risks, and action items.
- Facilitate meetings and maintain communication among internal teams and external suppliers.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Document business requirements and support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with card issuance programs, card conversions, reissuance projects, and new implementations.
- Support vendor performance monitoring and issue resolution activities.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and production specifications related to card operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis, operations, product support, project coordination, or supplier/vendor coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience in payments, card production, financial services, or government benefit programs preferred.
