Data Analyst
MRI Analytics provides research and consultation services to solve some of the world’s most complex problems.
As a data analyst for MRI, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of our data sources. You will work closely with the team to establish and maintain data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role’s primary responsibility is ensuring the integrity of multiple critical data sources that serve as inputs to various models
- Provide real-time and continuous review of ingested data
- Collaborate with analytics, operations, and software engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation and improvement of data monitoring processes
- Build and maintain analytical models and reports
- Assist in establishing, maintaining, and improving quality policies, processes, and procedures
- Document data quality issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, accounting, or statistics
- Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to self-direct, analyze, evaluate, and form independent judgments
- Superior work ethic, highly motivated, curious, and willingness to ‘roll up’ your sleeves
