Job Title: Association Property Manager
Summary: We are seeking an experienced Condominium/Homeowner's Association Manager to manage multiple community associations in the Greater Lehigh Valley and beyond. This is a full-time position with one of the fastest growing property management companies in the Lehigh Valley. Experience in community management (Condominiums/Homeowner’s Associations) is preferred but not a requirement if you have relevant skills. A Property Manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure their portfolio of properties are maintained and operated in accordance with the objectives of each Association and MRH Enterprise. Strong property management, project management, time management, and customer service skills are required. This position requires flexible hours, including some weeknights/weekends, and being on-call for emergencies.
Compensation:
$24 - $26 per hour with a review after 90 days.
Skills and Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in property management, project management or any related field
· Knowledge of appropriate software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
· Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure
· Organization & problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Position Include (but are not limited to):
- Listen attentively to questions and comments. Communicate in a professional and composed demeanor under all circumstances. Respond to phone calls and correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
- Organize time effectively and successfully balance the competing demands of multiple projects.
- Demonstrate exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that otherwise could be potential problems.
- Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes and each client’s community’s documents, policies, and procedures.
- Review Association financial reports. Assist in developing an Annual Budget.
- Ensure property improvement and other construction-related projects are completed on time and within budget by effectively overseeing all construction projects.
- Maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.
- Ability to run a Board meeting. Create a management report in advance of the meeting.
