Job Overview:
">MRG Exams is a provider of Independent Medical Exams for Worker's Compensation, Disability, and the Veterans Administration. We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable reviewing behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal and performing comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran.
The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school, hold an active and unrestricted Psychology license, and meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review behavioral health records electronically through a secure Web Portal
- Perform comprehensive assessments in person on each Veteran
- Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) through the Web Portal
Schedule:
This is a part-time position, working Thursday and Friday, with an average of 4 Veterans per day.
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school
- Active and unrestricted Psychology license
- Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
