We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain patient records accurately using electronic health record system which is the latest software and equipment.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining health information management.
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance patient care and streamline operations.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Assistant is preferred.
- Familiarity with eye care is a plus.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Experience with health information management systems will be beneficial.
- A background in administrative roles within healthcare settings will be advantageous.
