What's The Job:
We’re looking for a well-rounded Style Guide (Sales Associate) to help us deliver a thoughtful and personal experience to every customer who walks through our doors.
You’ll spend your time welcoming people in, helping them feel comfortable, and guiding them toward what works best for them - offering honest styling advice, sharing a strong understanding of our product, and conveying how it fits into their life.
You’ll get to know the details - fabric, fit, and function - and help customers navigate it all in a way that feels easy, natural, and true to them. Through that experience, you’ll build trust, develop relationships, and help drive the overall success of the shop.
Behind the scenes, you’ll be part of everything it takes to run a great shop - keeping things sharp, supporting your team, and helping us figure things out as we grow.

What You'll Do:
- Assist shoppers in selecting clothing and accessories that match their personal style and needs
- Provide expert styling advice, answer questions about products, and showcase new arrivals
- Drive sales by actively promoting featured collections, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, while delivering excellent customer service
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred, but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
- Passion for fashion, trends, and helping others express their personal style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed
