Bell Estates is a stunning Class-A, conventional lease-up community offering 468 market-rate units. With bonus opportunities of up to $700/month, we’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Manager ready to take the lead and elevate our community!

A successful candidate will have the following:
- 2 years of experience in market-rate Property Management
- Strong sales and leasing skills
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of holding teams accountable
- A customer-first, team-player mindset
- A desire to learn, grow, and make an impact
- A high level of honesty and integrity
Additional requirements:
- Must live within a commutable distance to Dundee, MI, or be open to relocation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background screening prior to hire
- Property management or related management experience required
- Sales and marketing background preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi software is a plus
