Full-Time Assistant Property Manager
Martin Estates in Shelbyville, IN is looking for a floating APM to cover Martin as well as Grissom when needed in Cicero, IN. Milage would be paid when covering Grissom.

Requirements/Responsibilities
- The right candidate will have an outgoing, positive, and professional personality.
- Excellent customer service skills to generate traffic and close sales.
- Self-motivation required.
- Sales and Marketing experience.
- Leasing experience preffered.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as user experience of apartment management software desired.
Schedule:
- Day time hours to include Saturdays with a day off in the week.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
