Seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for solving technical issues. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers providing troubleshooting assistance, product guidance, and exceptional support.
HVAC Technical Support Job Duties
- Respond to customer technical concerns or questions via phone and/or email.
- Maintain a high level of customer service when addressing customer problems via phone or email.
- Ability to answer technical questions the sales team may have both quickly and reliably.
- Any other tasks as assigned by company management.
Qualifications
- Formal Mechanical Skills
- Familiar with usage of a voltmeter
- Comfort using phone and email to communicate with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Preferred HVAC experience but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
