Location: 2100 N Broadway St, New Ulm, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18.20-21.84/hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and lead engaging, person-centered day service plans for individuals with disabilities and/or disadvantages.
- Provide direct support, including personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
- Foster independence, social interaction, and community involvement.
- Communicate effectively with clients, teams, and community partners.
- Track service activities and ensure program effectiveness.
- Recruit and engage volunteers to support program delivery.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Compassion and sensitivity to the needs of individuals with disabilities
- Proficiency with computer-based office software
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DHS background check
