Entry Level Customer Success Specialist

MRC Creations owns and operates several intimate apparel brands and most recently launched our in house brand @houseofdesirela. We are seeking an entry level customer success specialist to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Entering sales orders into SAP, including initial orders retrieved from EDI application
• Cross-checking physical PO copies with PO’s received through EDI for accuracy
• Organizing and saving copies of PO’s for easy retrieval
• Removing inventory from holds and keeping holds up to date
• Ordering tickets and maintaining ticket ordering spreadsheet
• Pulling samples as needed for customers, meetings, and trade shows
• Organizing showroom and packing away closeout units
• Performing other related duties as needed

Qualified individuals must:

• Have administrative assistant/general office experience (in fashion industry preferred)
• Have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be a quick learner who can work with new technologies as needed
• Have great phone etiquette
• Have EXTREME attention to detail
• Be able to work under deadlines and to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent planning and organizational skills
• Be able to problem solve and sometimes work without supervision
• Experience with managing shopify
• Apparel & fashion preferred
