About Us
MRBL Management LLC is an SEC-registered investment adviser and the manager of the EDGE ETF (Cboe BZX). We're expanding into a new advisor-facing lending offering launching this summer.
The Role
We're hiring an Operations Associate to work directly with the founder, supporting operations across the firm and the launch of our new offering:
- Coordinate outside counsel, insurance brokers, sub-advisors, and vendors — keep every workstream moving to deadline
- Build and manage our pipeline of RIA firms; schedule advisor demos and follow-ups
- Support launch execution: website, marketing materials, outreach
- Track open items across legal, compliance, and operations, and drive them to closed
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience — RIA or wirehouse operations, fund administration, or finance internships preferred
- Highly organized and self-directed; comfortable owning a task list without daily supervision
- Clear, professional written communication
- Familiarity with custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing), margin lending, or the advisor industry is a plus — not required
Compensation & Structure
$30/hour, 20-30 hours/week to start. Contract-to-hire: strong performers convert to a full-time salaried role as the firm scales. Remote, NY metro preferred.
