We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate II to work in either our Austin, TX or Temple, TX office.

The Marketing Associate II independently manages proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through submission and serves as a primary marketing partner to technical staff. This role is responsible for coordinating content, writing and editing narratives, managing schedules, and ensuring proposal compliance and quality. They will also contributes to broader marketing initiatives, CRM optimization, and mentoring junior staff.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Lead proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through final submission.
• Coordinate directly with engineers, architects, planners, and project managers to develop technical content.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal narratives, resumes, and project descriptions.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, and internal reviews.
• Independently develop marketing materials including project profiles and service sheets.
• Maintain and optimize CRM usage, data quality, and pursuit tracking.
• Support client interviews and presentation materials.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of templates, workflows, and proposal systems.
• Coordinate conference and event logistics, including registration, exhibitor setup preparation, marketing materials, and on-site support as needed.
• Monitors RFP Listing websites for possible pursuits
• Attends Conferences/Events when needed
• Prepare pre-event and post-event materials, including branded collateral, attendee lists, and follow-up tracking in the CRM.
  
  

Position Requirements

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business from a four-year college or university and minimum 3-8 years related experience. AEC marketing or proposal management experience preferred.

Specialized Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, planners, project managers, and other technical professionals.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong professional communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction industry terminology and procedures preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate marketing and pursuit data.
• Graphic design skills and experience developing branded marketing materials are preferred.
• Experience with digital media, digital content development, or online marketing initiatives is preferred.
• Experience supporting or managing social media content, campaigns, or company platforms is preferred.
• Experience developing marketing collateral for conferences, events, presentations, and client outreach is preferred.
  
  

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required. Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite applications, graphic design tools, digital media platforms, social media platforms, and CRM systems is preferred.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $120,000

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $120,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level. We are an EEO Employer.*
