We are currently seeking a qualified Licensed Architect and Project Manager with a focus on higher education experience to join our team in our Rochester, NY office. Skills Required
Revit proficiency. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion or other rendering software is a plus.
Educational / Experience Requirement
Qualified applicants should be licensed with 7 years of experience working in an architectural design firm.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000

Position Responsibilities
- Leadership and assistance in the design and management of a variety of project types with a focus on higher education projects.
- Develop projects from concept through construction administration.
- Willingness to both lead and assist on project teams.
- Manage and mentor staff.
- Communicate with and manage clients
- Coordinate with a variety of design and engineering consultants.
- Review and apply building codes.
- Capable of working on multiple projects at a given time.
