We’re looking for a driven Regional Account Executive to lead the retail expansion of ORCA (One Regional Card for All) — a contactless transit fare card used across five Puget Sound agencies. What You’ll Do:
- Build and grow a retail sales channel for ORCA
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners in Seattle and surrounding areas
- Serve as the expert on RCC’s retail solutions and payment tech
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure retail success
- Own your territory — you’ll be the face of the ORCA retail expansion

Requirements:
- 3 years of successful retail sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HubSpot or CRM experience a plus
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel locally
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
