What we are looking or in experience?
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of accounting, finance, or project accounting experience
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or trades preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with construction software such as Procore, GCPay, or ComputerEase is a plus
- High school diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
What are the Key Responsibilities for this position?
Project & Financial Support
- Track job costs, project budgets, and financial performance
- Assist with project billing, invoices, and collections follow-up
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate job costing
- Maintain organized project financial records
- Support Project Managers with documentation, reports, and schedules
- Track and maintain contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate communication between office staff, field teams, vendors, and contractors
- Assist with material ordering and delivery coordination
- Track project materials and support inventory management
- Prepare job startup and close-out documentation
- Maintain project files, permits, and compliance documentation
- Assist with expense reports and credit card reconciliation
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
