Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
First Shift
As Maintenance Manager at Winco Stamping, you’ll be hands-on in keeping our equipment, systems, and facility running at peak performance. You’ll lead maintenance efforts, equipment upgrades, and troubleshooting—including PLC programming, and electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
You’ll work closely with maintenance techs and other departments to minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also manage facility upgrades and introduce new technologies to enhance operations.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, leadership experience, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
What You Bring
Preferred: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering—or equivalent experience.

- 5 years in a manufacturing setting (metal stamping a plus)
- PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (or willingness to learn)
- Ance Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and improvement
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
