Real Estate Associate (Transactional) – Century City, CA
(3-7 years’ experience) - Base salary: $200,000 – $275,000 (excluding bonus / additional compensation)

What you’ll do:
- Lead drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial real estate purchase & sale agreements and leases
- Conduct title/survey review, diligence, and coordinate closings
- Handle client-facing responsibilities while collaborating with practice group leaders
- Engage with real estate-industry bodies (e.g. ULI, NAIOP, CREFC or similar)
- Work closely with senior attorneys on structuring sophisticated real estate transactions
The ideal candidate:
- 3–7 years of substantive real estate experience (commercial acquisitions / dispositions / leasing)
- Strong foundational knowledge of title, diligence, and closing logistics
- Excellent writing, analytical, organizational & client-relationship skills
- Self-starter mindset with ability to thrive both independently and in a teamwork-driven environment
- JD & admitted to the California Bar
