Labor & Employment Associate - San Diego, CA
A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate with 3 years of experience to join its dynamic, management-side team in San Diego.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in employment litigation
- Excellent academic credentials
- Solid knowledge of state and federal fair employment laws, wage-hour laws, FMLA, and related regulations
- Experience handling matters before state and federal agencies and courts
- Ability to take ownership of cases with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend hearings
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Prepare and argue motions in state and federal court
- Develop cases for trial
