Role: Commercial Litigation Associate (3 Years)
You will work across the full spectrum of commercial litigation, including:
- Researching complex legal issues; drafting high-level memoranda and motions
- Arguing at hearings in court and arbitration
- Managing written discovery and litigation strategy
- Taking and defending depositions
- Handling complex matters such as class actions, business torts, contract disputes, trade secrets, and unfair competition
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $175,000 – $230,000
- Bonus: Billable-hours based bonus annual discretionary bonus

Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years of substantive commercial litigation experience as an associate in a law firm
- Experience in complex commercial matters (class actions, business torts, trade secrets, etc.)
- California Bar admission
