What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Financial Officer position at MRA Search?
We have a big head start on this highly confidential search right now.
The role is open because the current CFO is retiring. He/She will be around on a consulting after the next candidate is hired. Time frame of the consulting basis is not available at this time.
Interviews will probably start occurring in 6-8 weeks.
$100 Million PE Owned - High Growth company- expected to triple in size in the next two years.
Requirements and Miscellaneous notes:
Candidates must have manufacturing industry experience. They must be hands on and operational vs. Strategic. However, they need to be detail oriented and analytical. They must have strong business acumen. They must understand the business from three perspectives: Accounting, Finance and Operations.
CPA/MBA is preferred, but it is not required.
Company is in Mobile, Alabama and relocation assistance is offered.
Compensation is open right now- they say. The focus is finding the right candidate. There is a chance that Equity is part of the compensation package. There are a lot of moving parts right now. We are getting our heads and hands around thi search and we will be submitting the first batch of candidates by Wednesday, January 7th at 2:37 Eastern Time.
