What You'll Do

Evergreen is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 2nd shift team and provide exceptional care in our short-term rehab setting.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $37.50 - $42.50/hour based on experience and number of shifts, plus $2/hour shift differential
- 30-40 hours per week, 8-10 shifts per two-week pay period
- PM Shift (2:30pm – 10:45pm)

What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in promoting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:
- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a short-term rehabilitation environment
- Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitoring resident conditions and evaluating outcomes of care
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
- Building trusting relationships with residents and their families through education, communication, and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participating in ongoing education, training, and professional development opportunities
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centered care
- Compassionate, positive, and professional attitude
- Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or a similar healthcare setting
- Experience caring for older adults and individuals with complex medical needs
