What You'll Do
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
Stamping Press Operations & Setup
- Set up stamping presses, dies, feed lines, and tooling
- Perform die changeovers and setup adjustments
- Optimize machine performance and production quality
- Monitor production and ensure quality standards are met
- Support efficient production runs
- Diagnose and resolve tooling, press, material, and production issues
- Work closely with operators, toolmakers, and management
- Help improve processes, efficiency, and quality
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
For those interested in expanding their skills:
- Die maintenance and repair
- Surface grinding
- Milling
- Wire EDM
- Progressive die troubleshooting
- Toolroom support
