- Set up and operate manual lathes and other woodworking equipment

- Inspect and test finished products for quality and consistency
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Experience in any of the following is helpful:
- Manufacturing or production
- Woodworking or cabinet making
- Machining
- Wood finishing
- Operating hand tools or woodworking equipment
- Have strong attention to detail
- Possess basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Are reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Enjoy hands-on work and learning new skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED required
