What You'll Do
- Lead community partnership and Family Access initiatives that increase awareness and expand access to Acts Housing’s Homebuyer Coaching and Education programs
- Build and strengthen relationships with nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, employers, government agencies, faith communities, and other community partners
- Develop outreach strategies, partnership resources, and engagement plans that generate qualified family referrals
- Collaborate with Family Access, Family Success, Marketing, Fundraising, and other teams to create a seamless experience for families
- Supervise staff, establish performance metrics, and use data to improve outreach and partnership effectiveness
- Represent Acts Housing through community presentations, networking events, coalition meetings, and outreach activities
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five to seven years of experience in community engagement, partnership development, nonprofit programs, housing, or a related field
- Experience building strategic partnerships, leading projects, and supervising staff
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
