Your typical day will include:Project Quarterback: Assisting Program Managers with scheduling, meeting coordination, and tracking key deliverables across various design projects.Design Support: Organizing design files, conducting competitive research, preparing presentation decks, and assisting with design review documentation.Communication Hub: Serving as the key communication contact between design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.Process Perfection: Identifying and implementing small improvements to make our project workflow smoother and more efficient. What We're Looking For:Degree preferred, but not required! We value talent and drive above all else.Experience or coursework in Industrial Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
