Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and build fresh, high-quality sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and cutlets
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow Mr. Subs food quality and preparation standards
- Assist with food prep and setup for the next day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Learn to safely operate equipment, including the slicer
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment
- Willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is a plus (not required)
