Duties
- Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning methods.
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Provide commercial cleaning services as needed, including buffing floors and maintaining overall cleanliness in facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards while performing cleaning tasks.
- Engage with clients professionally, addressing any questions or concerns regarding the cleaning process.
Experience
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types, is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
