Front of House Team Member

Mr. Shrimp | 45th Street, West Palm Beach, FL

Mr. Shrimp is growing, and we're looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team members to join our new 45th Street location.

We are a family-owned fast-casual seafood restaurant known for flavorful Cajun-style seafood, fried shrimp, fried chicken, rice bowls, and seafood boils. Our goal is simple: serve great food, provide great service, and treat every customer like a regular.

Position Overview

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be one of the main faces of Mr. Shrimp. You'll interact directly with our customers, take orders, process payments, assist with food and drinks, and help make sure every guest has a positive experience.

We're looking for people who are energetic, reliable, professional, and genuinely enjoy working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments
• Answer customer questions about menu items
• Help customers choose meals when needed
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Package takeout and online orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area
• Restock front-of-house supplies
• Assist other team members during busy periods
• Follow restaurant procedures for food safety, cleanliness, and customer service
• Help create a positive experience for every customer
