Required Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales by providing courteous, friendly, proactive, and efficient service while maintaining the Mr. S Leather brand experience.
- Demonstrate strong interest and credible expertise in our products; translate this knowledge into value for our customers.
- Resolve service needs and customer questions, maintaining Mr. S Leather's customer service quality standards.
- Perform daily point-of-sale maintenance and transactions.
- Effectively stock, sort, tag, and label merchandise, execute visual directions, and ensure a compelling presentation.
- Maintain a clean and presentable sales floor.
- Comply with company safety procedures and safety-first culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least one year of retail experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Outstanding active listening skills.
