Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Sonoma County
We’re looking for a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team! This role is Tuesday– Friday (32 hours per week) and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to our technicians
- Communicate with customers and team members to keep jobs on track
- Monitor schedules and ensure technicians are set up for success in the field
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and email
Helpful Skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan software (a big plus!)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous dispatch or customer service experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $24/hour, based on experience
- Steady 40 hours per week (Tuesday–Saturday 7:30am-4:30pm schedule)
