Plumbing Service Field Manager
Mr. Rooter Plumbing is a family owned plumbing service company that has operated in the Twin Cities since 1994. We always remember our customer’s point of view in every situation and strive to exceed our customer’s expectation in every way.
Our business is growing and we are presently in need of a Field Manager to help lead a team of Service Plumbers. We are searching for a leader with strong residential plumbing service experience who is interested in training and leading a team in our proven low-pressure service process.
Responsibilities:
- Train Service Professionals in areas of technical plumbing skills as well as in all areas of the Mr. Rooter System of service delivery.
- Provides total leadership, coaching, technical and customer service support, as well as oversight to trainees and assigned Service Professionals.
- Conducts Field Manager Team (FMT) group meetings and training, as needed.
- Ensures that his FMT always maintain clean, neat vehicles and portray a clean, well-groomed professional appearance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience
- Preferred Journeyman or Master Licensed Plumber
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and personality
