What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Salem?
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with customers and give bids for plumbing and sewer work/Sell and convert jobs
- Meet with technicians on jobs and upsell plumbing and sewer work to fit customers needs
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day assisting with questions and providing support
- Looking at the schedule throughout the day and show up on jobs for possible leads/upsell opportunities
- Work closely with Dispatchers and Office personnel to coordinate schedule and set up sold jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to represent company in a professional manner/wear company uniform
- Collect down payment and process paperwork for sold jobs

- Must be able to operate a smart phone/ipad
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of plumbing and sewer systems is a plus
- Ability to pass background check
- Valid Drivers License/Clean driving record
